The book covers most aspects of using the D3000. I particularly like the opinions the author uses as to his likes and dislikes.

Package arrived ahead of time (arrived about 2 week earlier than what I expected). Arrived in good condition. The content of the book covered a lot of what I’ve been looking for.

I have found this book helpful in understanding my camera so I can enjoy using it. Easy to understand. The Title of field guide is misleading because the book is too big to fit in my camera bag, which is large in size. I wanted to take it with me when I travel. A field guide should be able to fit in your pocket or camera bag. I would recommend this book to anyone new to digital cameras.

I have found this guide to be well worth the money it cost. The Nikon D3000 is my first digital SLR camera. I have had other digitals (point & shoot) and SLRs – but, I find this guide pretty thorough. It covers some fairly obvious things, but also provides me with lots of new info.
This guide also is pretty easy to use as far as finding information and the general layout of the book.
I would recommend this guide to a friend.
