Could have been better served if the book was indeed a short course. To much detail, probably to much for a novice. Also a book in color would have made my investmest more worthwhile.

While other reviews point the quality of the manual, no one has mentioned
that the eBook content ( the so called animations ) needs a Internet connection.
Further having such a connection, it does not guarantee that the link
will always be there. So I was disappointed that the complete work was not
on the CD. Also saying that the contents are searchable, etc..
well, that is standard operation with any PDF document. I have since sold it.

I thought the book was on the camera P80 and not D80. So, it wasn’t what I wanted or needed!!! I looked through the book and I would have kept it if I had thought it would have helped. The book looked like it would be great for someone with the D80. I was really disappointed it was’t on the P80

This is an excellent resource book. Easy to follow, easy to reference, and I love the spiral binding.
