RESEARCH INTERESTS |
Laura Junka is a PhD candidate in Cultural Studies at the
University of East London. She is also a practicing photographer
and journalist. Her work examines the intersections between
postcolonial theory, resistance, and politics in the contemporary
Middle East. She currently resides in London.
Postcolonial and poststructuralist theory; Representation
of war and victimhood; Resistance and the politics of Palestinian
everyday life.
